Our core interventions span across four key pillars:

1. Educational Research & Innovation

We pioneer child-friendly, inclusive, and flexible learning environments in both formal and non-formal settings.

Innovative Models: We design, pilot, and scale alternative learning pathways, such as the Kheldai Sikne Kendra (KSK) and the UDAAN accelerated learning approach, ensuring out-of-school adolescents successfully reintegrate into mainstream formal education.

System Strengthening: We provide technical expertise to state actors and local governments to improve public education quality and implement robust systems like the Non-Formal Education Management Information System (NFE-EMIS).

2. Curriculum & Learning Materials Development

Material development is one of our defining competencies. We design, translate, contextualize, and produce high-quality educational resources vetted and endorsed by government bodies like the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD). Our development portfolio includes:

Local curricula and grade-specific textbooks (Grades 1–8).

Condensed curriculum packages and facilitator guides for non-formal and alternative education.

Specialized toolkits, game sets, and interactive IEC materials covering cross-cutting themes like Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Multi-Sector Nutrition, and School-Based Disaster Risk Reduction (SBDRR).

3. Comprehensive Capacity Development

We excel across the entire training cycle—from training needs assessment and module design to delivery and post-training monitoring. We host Master Trainer of Trainers (MToT), Workshops, and Orientation programs to build a resilient and capable educational frontline. Our targeted audiences include:

Educators & Facilitators: Building skills in child-centered pedagogy, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and life-skills facilitation.

Local Leadership & Governance: Capacity building for Community Learning Center (CLC) management, school management committees, and local government officials to leverage domestic funding for sustainable educational planning.

Social & Youth Leaders: Orienting traditional/faith leaders on social issues and cultivating youth networks like Girls’ Rights Forums.

4. Community Empowerment & Climate Resilience

Education is the seed for broader sustainable community development. We integrate educational initiatives with community-led programs to build an aware and resilient society.

Resilience in Crisis: We implement School-Based Disaster Risk Reduction (SBDRR) and Education in Emergency (EiE) packages, training schools and families to proactively respond to environmental and health crises.

Marginalized Advocacy: We elevate the representation of poor, Dalit, indigenous, and marginalized communities, safeguarding their right to compulsory and free education.

Livelihood & Integration: We support the socio-economic recovery of disadvantaged communities by pairing integrated school initiatives with livelihood awareness and financial literacy programs.
